Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Supplier's Den. We hope you are satisfied with our SaaS tools. Below are the terms regarding transaction cancellations and refund requests.
1. Subscriptions
We offer a weekly/monthly/yearly recurring or timed subscription plan for the Label Export utility. Due to the digital nature of instant conversions:
- Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time from your billing dashboard, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Credit Packs
Credits bought for image optimization do not expire as long as they are within their validity duration. If you have not used any credits from a purchase pack, you can request a refund within 48 hours of transaction completion by emailing support@suppliersden.in. Once any credit from the pack is spent, refunds cannot be offered.
3. Failed Payments & Charges
If your bank account is debited but a payment fails to update in the application within 24 hours, Razorpay will automatically reverse the transaction back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
